Extended Job Offer Notification Issue

Hi ,

We are submitting our first job offer in production, but the candidate did not receive the job offer email notification.

I have checked the setup in the candidate content library and also reviewed the job offer letter.

Should I add the "Access Internal Candidate Experience" to Permissions?

and should the default be HTML?

Is there any additional setup needed to enable email notifications for the job offer letter?
