Restrict access on Attachments files (Supported Documents) by category for Recruiters

Summary:

All Attachments files all accessible by recruiter, recruiting manager and hiring manager by default. Some supported documents are confidential to be accessed (example: Signed job offer).

Is there any way to restrict the access or hide a certain category type for attachments ?!
