Termination life event not end dating coverage

Summary:

We have a scenario that Reduction of Hours life event has 90 days to end date the previous coverage when this life event is triggered and processed.

Ex Reduction of Hours event triggered on 09-03-2024 and Coverage ends on 12-02-2024, just 3 months after this life event triggered.

But employee is being terminated before 3 months like on 10-03-2024. If we process the termination event, benefits are not getting end dated until 12-02-2024.

How to end date benefits on termination date instead of 12-02-2024.
