Redwood OTL: Existing Time Card page/option not visible

Summary: During OTL Redwood testing (we are on 24C), we are not seeing the option/page for Existing Time Cards even though we have enabled ORA_HXT_WORKER_VBCS_TC_UI_ENABLED as per instructions in 23C What's New. When a Worker navigates Quick Actions Me > Time, we see Add Time Card, Time Card-Current Period, Time Card-Previous Periods, and Request Time Changes but not Existing Time Cards nor is it found in Me > Time and Absences either. What could be causing Existing Time Cards to be missing?
