FICATax Max Member Formula IF Statement not Calculating Correctly

Below is a FICA calculation with a Max of 168600. However, in June the CYTD Taxable Earnings is not above the max, but it is calculating as if it is. I don't see anything in the formulas to explain why it is behaving as if that month is above the limit. Is there something I'm missing?
