Synchronize from Position Attribute disabled on Convert pending Worker page.

Summary:

Hi All,

While converting the Pending Worker, the 'Synchronize from Position' Attribute is disabled. However there is an option to enable/disable the attributes at the other attributes level like Job, Grade etc. levels. Can anyone please provide insights for this behavior or if there is any way to enable it for the Top level ('Synchronize from Position' attribute)

I have enabled the position sync at Enterprise level with an option to override at assignment level.
