Problem Description

We are in the process of implementing a Compensation Management system and are currently integrating the Calibration process with Talent Management and the Compensation Plan.

As per the client's requirements, the CEO and their direct reportees should be excluded from the calibration plan. We have created a Fast Formula to achieve this exclusion. Please note that we are using the Supervisor Hierarchy for this plan.

When the CEO accesses the calibration plan, they cannot see their direct reportees, as they have been excluded from the plan. However, the CEO can view their indirect reportees in the worksheet.
