Prod incident created after reply an email to test site CRM incident
Summary:
Hi everyone,
I met a bug in test site CRM, when I reply an email as customer to the test incident, no message thread create in the incident, and I received an email from Prod site CRM and informed me an incident created. After I log in to Prod CRM I can find an live incident created with a initial comment : Created as a foreign proxy for myhermes__sit incidents.i_id XXXXXXX.
I believe this is a bug because reply a test site incident shouldn't create an live incident in prod site.
Does anyone have any idea on this?
