2-Way Emailing and Texting Questions

Hello - We are getting ready to implement 2-way emailing and texting with oracle. There are some questions/issues that we have found and are unable to find resources to assist in answering our questions.

  1. Hiring Managers able to view all text communications sent to candidates (even though they are not listed on the requisition) - Through our testing, we have come to realize that hiring managers have access to view all text messages sent to candidates, even messages that pertain to requisitions that they are not listed as a manager or collaborator. 

We have identified the ability to hide the ‘Messages’ tab entirely from hiring managers on candidate applications, but would like to keep this visible, so managers can send 2-way emails and texts in the future.
