Reimbursable amount is not calculated based on personal amount in the fusion expenses

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Some of expenses has reimbursable amount which is not calculated based on personal amount.

For instance, Original amount is 10,000 and personal amount is 1,000,

then the reimbursable amount should be 9,000 but system shows 10,000.

I had an OWC but I didn't get resolutions.

How to prevent this or fix it?
