Summary:
Our client have told us that they have technicians that work overnight but we are currently finding that the activities that are assigned to those technicians at some point become inaccessible. We assume that this is because the application is registering a new day and so these activities are now considered to be in the past. We have the overnight work hours setting in the Business Rules page set to midnight.
We are trying to understand how we can support these technicians that are working overnight to ensure that the activities they are working on do not become inaccessible in the middle of the night, especially the activities that are in a started state when midnight occurs. Can you please let us know if there is any out of the box way to address this?
