LOV appears blank in Redwood Additional Person Info

Redwood pages for Additional Person Info, does not populate LOV values setup in PER_PERSON_EIT_EFF.

If we set up LOV for some segments, the LOV does not populate in Redwood Pages. It works fine in Responsive UI though. Seems like a bug in Redwood.
