TCC - Extract only Related to Offer documents

We're able to extract all non-visible documents from the requisition submission using the application entity. This gives us documents uploaded under the sections "Related to Offer" and "Other Attachments relevant to this Submission" where the visibility is defined as "No".

Is there a way to only extract documents uploaded under the section "Related to Offer" ? Any filters that can be used ?
