After updating a worker union record on the worker union page, the 'Summary of Changes' section fails to display the details of the changes made. Although the record itself shows the changes. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?

I updated the "Additional Information" section of a worker union record with a code, but the "Summary of Changes" section does not display this update.
