ICP Approval to be configured based on % of Annual Salary

Hi Team,

There is a requirement to configure Individual Compensation Plan Approvals based on % of Annual Salary.

Let say, If ICP allocated amount is less than or equal to 10% of Annual Salary then it should rout to certain group of people and if greater than 10% of annual salary then should rout to different set of people.

Currently I couldn't find any option to achieve this from Approval Rules. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
