Scheduling Advise for Generate Time Cards from Time Collection Devices

Summary:

Hello Oracle HCM Community! We like to schedule "Generate Time Cards from Time Collection Devices" as close as possible to sync time data to create/update time entries in real time without having much time delay for employees to submit their timecards after punching out. In this perspective we have a proposal to schedule this program for every minute & approximate users in active {considering a default shift Mon-Fri 9 AM To 5 PM} during the peak hours would be around 5300 employees.

Seeking advise from the HCM community to understand if this is feasible to schedule every minute, if not would like to know what are the challenges & complexities involved in doing so. FYI, we have reviewed the below doc id, would like to know if there were any system/process issues encountered if anyone did so.
