Name Validation in Checklist Integration

Summary:

The Full name format configured is not in-line with the requirement of Onboarding Journey applicant e-signature task.
The Full name needs to be First Name<Space>Last name for eSignature function but our default set up is |Last Name ||<Comma><Space> First Name|| in "Manage Person Name formats" and HCD Core HR lead doesnt want to change the same as it impacts the reports.

Please suggest a work around to meet the Full name requirement that needs to be First Name<Space>Last name when candidate submits the eSignature task.

Note: We are not supposed to edit default Full name config.
