Prevent roles from downlaoding candidate attachments

Summary:

Hi all,

does someone know, if we can prevent the download of the attachments uploaded by candidates from the job role?

I dont want to use page composer, as the site will be replaced by redwood soo. Also, the client does not want to permit downloads at all so it would be great, if we can just hide the download icon!
