Getting Error on ESS pages Document of Records in 24 C

Hi Team,

We are seeing "The REST call couldn't be completed" on "Document of Records" page also "Exception during RestAction"
Error on Additional Assignment Info and "My Compensation" page from ESS

Some time these page works fine. But Suddenly we start getting these error. unable to understand the cause.
