How to plan OEM supplied component at OSP operation in Supply Planning

Hi

We would like to know how supply planning works for OEM supplied components assigned at OSP operation. We have Operation 10 which an OSP operation and 20 which an in-house operation at the WD. OEM item is assigned at Supplier Operation 10 as Push component. We ran the plan, but the Planned order is not getting generated for the OEM item. The oracle document says we can plan the material or components assigned at OSP operation just like regular In-house item but there is no clear process available. We need Planned order created for the OEM item. Can anyone
