Report of users and permissions profile type

Hello,
I would like to know if obtaining a report in OFS of who viewed an activity in TOA on a particular date (who viewed the details of an activity) is possible.
Also, is it possible to limit the visibility of activities by their status (Canceled, Pending, etc.) for particular user profiles?
