Segment value security which will be only applicable in Payable

Summary:

We have defined a segment security rule and everything is working as expected. while I am doing additional research on this and testing, wanted to know if someone already resolved this issue.

We want once we enable a segment security rule, this will be only applicable to a module, like only when a payable user logs in, he will not be able to use specific accounts based on the rule on any payable screen. but if he logs in procurement, system should allow to do that and he should not have any restriction.
