Requirement:
We have two sections in "item catalogs" like Primary Competencies and Secondary Competencies, we have loading the competencies under Primary competencies sections we are able to see all the competencies as expected, but after loading the same competencies under secondary competencies with same name with different "Item Code" all the competencies under Primary competencies section are wiped off.
