REST/SOAP API to create subledger Accounting Journal Entries

Hi Team, We need if there are any API's available for below

We need to find out if there are APIs in Fusion Subledger Accounting to create accounting entries at subledger level. These APIs (if available in Fusion; I know Oracle has them in R12) will create records in XLA Headers, Lines and Distributions table at the minimum

Can some one please help, we checked in Financial documentation but could not able to find any
