Order Attribute Updated business event not getting triggered when sales order with KIT is created.

Business event payload for attribute update doesn't contain Event details for KIT item when order is submitted with Kit+Included lines and Attribute "Schedule Shipdate" is added for Order Attribute Update trigger event enabled.
