The Claim confirmation tab is not showing data after settlement

Summary:

After settling a manual claim as AP Check, the claim status is showing settled but the confimation tab is not showing any details of settlement.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

After the claim is settled using AP check i am not able to find the AP Invoice & the Payment which should have been created since the claim status shows settled. I have validated the following

  1. Customer is created as a supplier
  2. Enabled the buy side flag in the claim type
  3. SLA configured with the AP clearing account
  4. Customer site is active and default payment is Check
