    Summary:

    We have a Fusion Sales Instance and our agents are using it to generate simplified quotes using the OIA interview. Here's what the flow should be and what's not working:

    1. Log in and create a lead through Fusion Sales, provide some general information on the lead record in Fusion Sales - this is working
    2. Open up the Interview in a subtab and review the information already put in from the lead - this is working. The OIA is able to read the data that is already on the lead
    3. Continue providing more information and add products to the lead (multiple products can be added) - this is working as OIA native functionality
