Can't refresh ELDC-Test environment Fusion

My ELDC and ELDC-Test environment have been migrated to a new console, but when I access to the OCI of my tenant I can´t find the applications link, so I can´t refresh my ELDC-Test enviroment. Maybe I has to access to other console?
