How to set up distributed element name to show up in subledger accounting

Payroll experts: We have a need to test this new feature "Distributed Element Name as Subledger Accounting Source" which is in offer with 24C.
According to the documentation:
To display the name of the distributed costs element in the subledger journal lines, you need to create a description rule with the Distributed Costs Element Name as the source and attach this new rule to the Subledger Journal Entry Rule sets.
I tried to get to this screen in Oracle, but I do not see any distributed payroll element being displayed as part of the source.
How do I search for the right payroll element and complete this setup?
