Closing Active WF Compensation Plans

For our most recent annual merit process (Fiscal Year 24) we were going to use Oracle's Workforce Compensation Plans (and pay sheets) to roll out to our employees. However, as we moved through the process, we opted to wait until next fiscal year and integrate with performance management. We mass imported our employee rate increases using the HCL loader. Now, we now need to close the plan cycles for fiscal year 24 as the pay sheets are currently sitting out in an administrative status.
