RSSP-Non Catalog request- How to lock the 'Item Type' field

Summary: Our Customer has locked down the 'Item type' field of Non catalog request to 'Services Billed by Amount' in Classic SSP.

They have the same requirement to lock it in RSSP so that users can't select another option. Please let us know how to achieve this in RSSP.
