Does Oracle support 10 DLC for SMS messaging

We have a requirement where, the client needs to enable 10 DLC functionality rather than using a short code so that their recruiters can easily identify and access their SMS messaging with their candidates. The use of a short code does not meet their needs, so the functionality will not be of benefit to them.
