New requisition line with an existing item has an empty lov for agreement

Summary: Create a new Requisition Line as Advanced Requester. Selecting an existing item that exists on an active BPA is having no results in the Agreement drop down.

Testing the new feature to enter a requisition line in R24C. Selecting an exiting item. This item exists on an active BPA with a negotiated price.

But as source = 'Blanket Purchase Agreement' the LOV for Agreements shows the message: 'No Data to Display'.

Anyhow the item exists on the BPA. When searching for the item in the Self Service page, the item search results with the item sourced form a BPA with the price of the BPA.
