How is Start_Datetime populated for anc_per_abs_pln_summ_ent?

Summary:

Please help me understand the Evaluate Absence process, specifically how is Start_Datetime populated for anc_per_abs_pln_summ_ent.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

If an open-ended absence started on 6/12/2023, and the Evaluate Absence process ran on 1/2/2024, what should be the date in the start_datetime field? we currently have 3/30/2027.

The absence type has an Evaluation Period at Absence Entry of 365 days and an Evaluation Extension Period of 90 days. Does this mean the Evaluate Absence process should pick up the absence record after 365 days (from the start date of the absence) and then add 90 days to it? What can cause the result we have now as of 3/30/2027?

Howdy, Stranger!
