After removing record sets LOV for all records in account and add custom role admin can't view A/C
HI,
In account advance search records sets, we removed the LOV "All Records i can see". But Even after that if sales person search by any customer name or registry id he can see account. To restrict that we created sales rep custom role using reference of original role. Now after this sales person is not able to see any customer whom he is not an owner.
Now the problem is even the sales admin cannot see all records. This is a concern for customer how can we rectify this and achieves the requirement.
