) and it seems that this is not yet being mentioned.

There’s the sub-option called “Enforce Requester-Provided Description for Requisitions” under “Procure Goods and Services Using the Responsive Service Procurement Application”. May I know whether this sub-option also need to be opt-in? Would like to make sure on this instead of go through rounds or trial and explore...Thank you!!
