Where is the Organization Name on the SCM BICC Extracts?

Summary:

In the BICC Extracts for
Sales Orders
Transfer Orders
Purchase Orders
Shipments
On Hand
Installed Base

We need to Find the Organisation Name but can only find a field in the extracts called Organisation Code .

As and example we have

Organization Name = XYZ UK
Oragnization Code = GGXYZ

we need the Name as well as the Code

How did your other customers resolve this problem? How do we go from ID to Name?
