Audit objects on Hierarchies not available

Summary:

Currently, there are no audit policies on hierarchies related objects like we have for Value set values and other flex fields. We are not seeing audit objects capturing the audit trails for changes to Hierarchies.
For, e.g. There is no audit trail for hierarchies going from 'Active' mode to 'Draft' mode or vice versa.

Is there an audit object which captures audit trail related to any changes to Hierarchies?
