I want my auto-responders to get sent to even those on our master exclude.

I want my auto-responders to get sent to even those on our master exclude. I realize the easieset way to do that is to send them through a campaign that checks "send to master exclude". Is there a streamlined way to pick what email gets sent based on a picklist in the campaign?
