Unable to restrict DOR based on timeliness

Hi Team,

We have 2 DORs, DOR A and DOR B. If DOR A is completed, with in a particular time frame the DOR B should be submitted by the user. If the time frame is lapsed, the employee should not be able to create the DOR B. Right now we have the flexibility to publish the DOR based on a particular date, but not based on other DOR.
