Static IP for sftp connection

Summary:

Do you know if Oracle can use a specific IP address to transfer data to the SFTP server?
We have configured a connection to the sftp server via OTBI/BI Publisher. To establish this connection, the sftp server has whitelisted 20 Oracle IP addresses, but they are not happy about it.
Do you know if we can configure a static IP address for this type of connection?
