Timing of Automated Reminder Email Delivery

We would like to control the timing of reminder emails i.e. during business hours.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
New hires have indicated that they receive reminder emails at 4AM (PDT). We have a "Right to Disconnect" Policy and ask our managers not to send emails outside of business hours. To respect this policy, is there a way we can control the timing of reminder emails so that they are sent during business hours, for example, noon EDT?
