Need to add a URL for external VBCS page in ADF can anyone confirm whether feasible or not?

We need to add a URL to the receiving ADF page which will be redirected to a VBCS page already created. while redirecting it should be able to pick the PO number as a parameter/ search criteria for the VBCS page.
