Hi team, do you know if it is possible, with the 'find best candidate' feature (succession planning) or in another way, to ensure that a person's readiness for a role is calculated based on drivers to be defined, such as:

  • Years in the role
  • Role coverage
  • Performance rating
  • Belonging to a talent pool
