What should be the frequency for 'Load Workers into Candidate Table' scheduled Process in ORC

Whenever there are employees hired through Core HR and not through ORC, we are not able to find those in Candidate Search in ORC . Even when such employees apply for a job listed on Opportunity marketplace, their application is not visible inside the Requisition.

It is suggested to run this process 'LOAD WORKERS INTO CANDIDATE TABLE' only nonce as per Oracle documentation, however we are required to run this everytime there are new people hired via Core HR.

Please suggest what should be the frequency for this scheduled process, how often should this be run?

Regards,

Diksha
