Unable to generate invoices from the Recurring bill plan

Summary:

Hello all,

Am doing a new implementation and the AR invoices are completed without any struggle.

But after I enabled the recurring bill feature and created a contract whenever am submiting the Generate Billing Transactions process the status of the process is retrying till it convert into error

with the following error in the log file:

####[2024-09-11T13:52:40.139+00:00] [INFO] Cannot find Org ID.

####[2024-09-11T14:00:07.499+00:00] [INFO] Cannot find Org ID.

I understand that there is no setup for the feature after enable it from the receivables system option,

so what cloud happed and how to fix it?
