Service InvoiceInterfaceService does not update Invoice Date

Summary:

Web service InvoiceInterfaceService has the update operation as per 24c documentation ( ) and it does not indicated any restriction to update any field. But when trying to update the invoice date for an existing interface record which has not been processed yet, the service always returns an error and it does not allow that update. Is there any option to update the invoice date for a non-processed interface line via Service or REST API? If not, is there any other way to perform that action? And where can we find the list of fields which cannot be updated with service
