Can i add PO number in email subject line for idr invoices

Summary: Is it possible to add PO number in the email subject line when sending pdfs via IDR. We have instances where the PO is not on the invoice pdf but later AP realizes the supplier never sent the PO number on the invoice pdf but this invoice should have a PO. Wondering if there is a way to add PO number so IDR recognizes the PO while it comes over to Oracle even if its not on the invoice itsefl (such as in subject line)
