Position Requisition Template missing fields

Summary:

Position Requisition Template missing fields. We are using Positions and we want to use the Requisition Template.

I noticed that Requisition Template for Positions have missing fields.

We want Job descriptions fields to be available in the Position based req templates. This speeds up the creation process. what is the reason why Job descriptions Is there a work around?

we are not comfortable using the requisition template stand alone as it does not allow to select position on the requisition level.
