Handling Non worker in Recruitment

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We have non-workers in the Core HR system, but since ORC doesn't support non-workers, they aren't flagged as duplicates in Recruitment. They are only identified as duplicates when moving to HR. Unfortunately, there isn't an option to merge these candidates with existing non-worker records at that stage. I'm curious how other clients are managing this situation. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!
